All staff receive appropriate training in Safeguarding and Child Protection to ensure they understand our approach to safeguarding and the policies, procedures, and responsibilities we all must adhere to.  Safeguarding training is integral to our staff induction, ensuring staff have a secure understanding of essential documents such as Keeping Children Safe in Education and Working Together to Safeguard Children. Our safeguarding training is robust and we provide bespoke CPD throughout the year to ensure this remains a key priority.
